Powerpoint presentations have become a standard ways to explain and share development activities. They are often 'lost' on the computers and intranets of development organizations.
SlideShare is the world's largest community for sharing presentations and slideshows. You can upload your PowerPoint, OpenOffice, Keynote or PDF files. By uploading your presentations on this website, you can archive, tag, index and organize presentations, also embed them into a blog or website.
A recent development is to combine presentations with audio files - 'slidecasting'. This means uploading slides to Slideshare and linking the slides and audio together using a synchronization tool. A good guide on how to produce a slidecast with Slideshare can be found at this blog posting.
